Teaching Fellow and Associate lecturer in Fine art, Drawing & Architecture at Newcastle University in the School of Arts and Cultures and the School of Architecture, Planning and Landscape.

Tracey facilitates creativity workshops in a variety of community and educational contexts.

30 years experience in a wide variety of work contexts including higher and further education, mental health community arts facilitation, well-being group work, collaborative praxis, cultural regeneration, event direction and production.


Founder of the Arthouses Programme within Whitley Bay Film Festival 2010. Arthouses is now a separate arts event within the community.

Currently director and curator of the C-Side program within Whitley Bay Film Festival.


Work is time, site and audience specific working across media boundaries and subject disciplines including drawing, video, painting, installation, book works and performance.
